Exchange:

• We know finding the perfect fit for little ones can be tricky. That’s why we offer complimentary size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

• Simply ensure the piece is unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in its original packaging.

• Complimentary exchanges are available once per order — most families find this is all they need to get the perfect fit.

Return:

• If your The Orikai piece isn’t quite the right fit for your family, we offer complimentary returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be issue back to your original payment method (credit card or bank account), once it passes the quality check.

• Each return undergoes a quality check to ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition — preserving the timeless standard we promise with every The Orikai piece.

Sale Collection:

• Offer cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotion.
• Applicable on prepaid and COD orders
  
• Valid only on purchases made from the sale collection, not on fresh products
• Orikai reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
• No returns on sale orders
• Exchanges are allowed only for a different size or another product from the sale collection, subject to availability.

We’ll take care of the logistics for you. For all eligible returns and exchanges, The Orikai arranges a complimentary pickup from your doorstep — no need to step out or ship the item yourself.
